Privacy Policy
This site is the personal publication of Vlad Shcherbinin. It does not run user accounts, newsletters, or logins, and it does not ask you for personal information. It does, however, use a small set of third-party services that set cookies — this page explains which ones, what they do, and how to opt out.
What this site collects directly
Nothing that identifies you personally. There are no contact forms, comment fields, sign-ups, or purchases. The only information handled comes from the third-party analytics and advertising services described below, which operate under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and consent
The site shows a cookie-consent banner on your first visit. Analytics and advertising scripts are loaded on the basis of that consent; if you decline, the site continues to work and those third-party cookies are not the point of the visit. You can also clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Advertising — Google AdSense
This site uses Google AdSense to display ads. In serving those ads, Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

Analytics
To understand which pages get read, the site uses two analytics tools, both loaded only under the consent described above:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic measurement (pages viewed, approximate location, device, referrer). Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized usage analytics (scroll depth, click patterns, aggregated session behavior) used to improve the site. Governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Hosting and security
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request data (such as IP address) to deliver content and protect against abuse. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
External links
Pages here link to other sites — including siberiasoft.com and its projects, GitHub, and LinkedIn. Those destinations have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the services the site uses change. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision.
